This is a genuinely firm wax that can be tricky to scoop from the jar. We recommend keeping it in your pocket to warm it up before use, or giving it a few seconds with a hair dryer for a quicker fix.

How to use the product:
Beard and moustache waxes typically firm up once applied, gaining the stability they show in the jar - which is exactly why a strong-hold wax can feel stiff and tricky to work with straight away. Soften the wax first, then rub a small amount between your fingers until pliable. Work it into your moustache, let it set briefly, then shape as desired.
Wash the wax off with water, though a proper clean with beard shampoo and beard balm may occasionally be needed to fully clear the moustache and beard base.
